This first initial call is so that we can understand what issues you are facing and if we can help. It's a chat that lasts no more than 30 minutes so that we can gather information to tailor quote for the project.

After this call we will send you a quotation for the design package which is tailored to your needs. If you're happy with it then you can proceed to book with us.

Once you have confirmed to proceed we invite you to pay a deposit to secure the begining of the design, which is the detailed consultation at your premises.

The design consultation will last approximately two hours. We explore in depth all of your requirements on an induvidual, personal and/or business level. All designs are tailored to your needs.

Once all designs have been signed off the implementation begins by contractors and we see it through to completion. Full details of this are discussed during the exploration call
