This is a fully managed, completely bespoke design experience where I take care of everything — concept, specification, procurement, contractor coordination, bespoke furniture, and final installation. You make the decisions that matter to you. I take care of the rest.
The result is a space that is entirely yours — designed around how you actually live or work, built to the highest standard, and finished in a way that no off-the-shelf solution could ever replicate.
This is SA1 Interiors’ most comprehensive service — fully hands-on and fully managed from start to finish. The Process

Stage 1 — The exploration visit
We meet at your property and go through everything — your brief, your lifestyle, the space, the budget, the timeline, and any challenges we need to plan around. This is where I really get to know you, not just the project. There’s no charge for the exploration visit, but it is essential before any proposal is made.

Stage 2 — The design proposal
If we’re the right fit for each other, I’ll produce a full Design Proposal covering the complete scope of work, a fixed investment figure, a payment schedule, and a presentation video walking you through exactly what to expect at each stage. Nothing begins until you’re completely comfortable with what’s been agreed.

Stage 3 — Concept & direction
A comprehensive site survey is conducted, followed by the development of mood and concept boards, colour palette, material and finish selections, and initial furniture concepts. This is where the vision comes to life for the first time — and where you begin to see exactly where we’re heading.

Stage 4 — Design development
2D floor plans for layout, furniture and lighting. 3D drawings of the finished space, including all bespoke furniture pieces designed specifically for your project. Material and fabric samples provided so you can see and feel the direction in person. All design decisions are presented to you with clear explanations before we move forward.

Stage 5 — Specification & approval
A full specification list of every item, material, and finish required to complete the space. Nothing moves to procurement without your approval.

Stage 6 — Procurement & project management
Complete procurement service — sourcing, ordering, delivery management, and returns handling. Contractor scope of work prepared and issued. Trades can be sourced by me or appointed by you. All bespoke furniture is designed and made in-house, ensuring the brief is followed to the letter with no compromise on quality or detail.

Stage 7 — Installation & reveal
Installation of all soft furnishings, accessories, and finishing touches once works are complete. Your space is presented to you finished — not handed over mid-process. Revisions are made throughout as needed, not just at the end.

One of the things that sets the Signature service apart is the ability to design and produce bespoke furniture pieces in-house. Not sourced, not adapted — designed from scratch for your space, your brief, and your proportions. If the perfect piece doesn’t exist, we design it.
Commercial clients

Investment
The Signature Interior Design service is priced on a project basis. Investment depends on the scope, scale, and complexity of the work.
The exploration call is the starting point — from there, if needed, there will be a visit, followed by a full proposal with a fixed investment figure provided before anything is agreed or committed to.
There are no hidden costs and no surprises. Everything is agreed in writing before the project begins and the budget is transparent the whole way through.
As a guide, the design fee only will be a minimum of £10,000 for a full house design, which increases if coordination of works is required.
A typical budget for a full house renovation to implement the design is typically £120,000 upwards.
For partial house renovations, it’s recommended to have a budget of £10,000 as a minium to include the cost of the design and purchasing. This would be based on a bathroom or a small bedroom.
It’s always better to share your project details so this guidance can be given. Commercial projects can vary significantly, but residential projects can be estimated and guided.
